These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClientCatch ("we," "us," or "our"), an AI-powered receptionist and business automation service. By using ClientCatch, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ClientCatch provides AI-powered receptionist services for service businesses including but not limited to plumbers, roofers, HVAC technicians, electricians, contractors, cleaners, and landscapers. Our services include 24/7 call answering, appointment booking, lead qualification, follow-up messaging, and social media content publishing on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Authorized Use of Third-Party Platforms

When you connect third-party accounts (including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or others) to ClientCatch:

• You confirm you are the authorized owner or administrator of those accounts
• You authorize ClientCatch to publish content, manage posts, and take actions on those platforms on your behalf
• You agree to comply with the terms of service of each connected platform
• You may revoke this authorization at any time through your ClientCatch dashboard or the respective platform's settings

4. Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide or that is published on your behalf. You grant ClientCatch a limited license to use, store, and publish that content solely to deliver our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ClientCatch to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Publish false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Harass, spam, or harm other individuals
• Violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with outstanding balances after reasonable notice.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, outages, or third-party platform failures beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClientCatch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with notice. Upon termination, your access will be disabled and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
